BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Drop off tthe item at our storefront and fill out the Service Request Form.
Or ship the item to our Mailing Add.
and send us copy of tthe racking number of your parcel.

PAYMENT
Full upfront payment is required before we begin working on your bag.

PROCESS
Our turnaround time is between 2 to 12 business days. Once your bag is ready for pick or shipping, we will inform you. Please note that we do not send "after" photos.

RETURN
Book an appointment for item pick up. We only keep your item max of 5 days, after which $10/day storage fee will be charge.
For shipping - give us shipping instruction like signature, insurance, pick up etc. Clients pay for shipping ffee. We will send you your tracking number.
